My villa (C.I.R.19082053C203951) is located in front of the sea, on the Lungomare dell ‘Addaura very close to Mondello(.15 minutes on foot-2 minutes by car)
The house has outdoor spaces for exclusive use, a comfortable terrace with a loggia facing the sea. A shared space with a garden, lawn, solarium, a round Weber barbecue, and a basketball hoop for your children. You can comfortably park outside and inside the house in a private space. I live upstairs for every need.
The space
The house was renovated in June 2019, so it is new; it has a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is connected to the living room, terrace, and entrance. It has a breakfast corner with comfortable stools and an outdoor sitting area with a sofa armchair and table.
It has 2 double bedrooms(190×160) with air conditioning, a bedroom with a loft bed (195×150) and a single and a half bed underneath (190×120)with air conditioning, and a small bedroom for children/ children with a single bed (190×90)
The house has two very comfortable bathrooms
with a comfortable shower.
Behind the house is a garden with a private lawn, solarium, and moveable barbecue.

Other things to note
It is preferable to have a rental car, even if the bus stop is in front of the house.
