The house is very cozy and comfortable for 4 people. It can accommodate up to six people, in which case two will sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area. There's a microwave, a small toaster, and a kettle. The main national and local channels are available on TV and personal devices can be connected with a usb cable. Guests can park along Via dell'Acqua or in the residence parking, as indicated on the map. You can walk to the nearest beach and drive to other destinations.

The electric meter is for residential use by 3Kw. Therefore, it is advisable to turn on the lights carefully, following national and international energy-saving guidelines. If these directions are not followed and the power goes out, the house has the information to restore it in the house.
